Thank you so much for shopping with us. Below you will find our most frequently asked questions.  Please read the questions below before sending us a message.  This will allow us to help as many customers as possible. 

          How is shipping calculated?

Our policy is simple – Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased.

          Do you ship outside of the United States? 

We are only able to ship within the United States at this time, with the exception of APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

          How long does it take to receive my order?

Great question – It’s a multi-step process that’s as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes us 1-2 days to process your order and to fulfill packaging.  After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 7-15 business days until it’s delivered to your shipping address.  Sorry, we aren't Amazon :)  But all of the proceeds go towards financing our film Women of Faith: Coping with Trauma.  So thank you for supporting us!

How secure is shopping with you?

You’re covered – Our store is is Certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant.  When you checkout via Secure Checkout, you do not expose bank details or card numbers.  It’s an added layer of protection for your financial information.  We don't see your credit card information either.  

         What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive a receipt delivered to your email account. When your order ships, a delivery date is determined from the tracking number.  Please expect a confirmation email with your tracking number within 1-3 business days.  You will be able to track your oder as well through the US Postal Service.
